  importing M2T (AVID) into FCP

  Anyone know if you can import M2T HD media files from the AVID directly into FCP? Or does it have to be converted to Quicktime?

  Hi Damon,
  I’m not sure about the .mt2 from AVID.
  I know that people are re-wrapping (no re-compression, no loses) the MT2 as QT to be edited in FC.
  People are using an application call “ClipWrap”.
