stop frame ghosting in fcp
Not sure if this is an fcp issue or an aftereffects’ issue?
I’m making a stop from animation. I have used after effects to assemble all the images and scale them and position them, as I would like. I imported them as a movie sequence. I’ve exported this as apple pro ress 422.
In fcp I have slowed it down to 25% some clips I will want at 100% some less.
It appears to have a ghosting effect on it when slowed down. When going though the clip one frame at a time on any thing less than 100% speed it appears there is a cross dissolve going on. The only way I’ve been able to remove this by using optical flow but on a 13 second clip its taken 36 mins and then in fcp its taken 18mins.
Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks for any help or advice.
