  • Masking / Ltrbxing a ripple dissolve effect?

    Hello

I am working in a DVNTSC timeline with animations which are 720×405 so the ltrbxing is automatically happening – I’ve been asked to add a cheesy ripple dissolve effect between 2 clips and the problem is that the ripple itself goes outside the ltrbxing.

I want to know the easiest / best way to crop the rippling which is going over the ptrbx line of the animations.

Thank you in advance for your help

    Best

    UPDATE:

Tell me if this is the way you gusy would have done it:

I just grabbed a solid shape and had it match the black and just copied another one on top of that – both cropping the bottom and top line where ltrbx is in order to cover the over-flowing ripple cheesy effect : ))

How else could i have doen this?

    Thank you!

    Lisa
