  issues with linking tracks in fcp

  i’m having some issues with linking audio and video tracks in fcp 6

  i’ve linked and unlinked each of the tracks many times but i’m have difficulties editing the linked a/v tracks, specifically when i try to use the razor tool and cut a both the audio and video.

  again, i’ve tried linking the tracks and according to the icon they are but it is not working properly

  Hi,

  actually you link two events together, not tracks. You link a video and 1 and/or 2 audio tracks together by selecting them and go in the modify menu>link or press command-l.
