  Why will FCPro render the same format?

  Hi Creative Cow,

  I did a test yesterday:
  1 – First sequence pref was in ApplePro 422, i’ll dropped a clip in Apple422 > sent to color ( colouring ) < than back as a new sequence in FCPro RESULT: NO RENDERING ( perfect ) 2 - I was asked to bring NONE as a export format for a Postproduction Company. So I tried a sequence in NONE dropped a clip made in NONE > sent to colour ( colouring ) < than back to the FCPro sequence. RESULT: FC PRO WANTED THE CLIP TO BE RENDERED WHY? Is Color change the format to 422? Or do I have to change any pref in Color? Please be back, Best / Christer

  Color does not support every codec that FCP does.
