  Final Cut Pro New Version Error

  I recently purchased FC Studio 2 and I ‘ve been using it fine. But then I had to reinstall Motion 3 because it wasn’t functioning properly. After installing it good again, but now Final Cut Pro won’t let me open any old projects now. It starts to open the project and then an error comes up saying “File format is too new for this version of the application” and then it kicks me out of Final Cut. Please let me know how I can get my old projects back because they’re still on my computer. Thanks!!

  Make sure you are running FCP 6.03 or higher to fix this.

  Issue When Opening Projects Resolved

  When opening some projects, Final Cut Pro 6.0.2 would sometimes erroneously display a message warning that the project was unreadable or too new for that version of Final Cut Pro.
