We have a problem. We made a mistake formatting an hard disk containing footage. The data lost were several “CONTENTS” folders coming from P2, recorded with Panasonic AG-HVX200 videocameras, in DVCPROHD. The hard disk is actually used in Mac OS system. How can we recover the lost data?
    Thank.

Don’t do anything to your drive. Don’t write to the drive. Turn off the computer. Then Google Data Recovery and start dialing. This can be very costly, but your best chance of recovery is to stop using the drive immediately. Usually formatting just wipes the directory that tells the OS where each file is located pn the drive. It may not have erased the data. However, if you use the drive, you may overwrite data as the OS thinks the drive is empty.
