  How to do black and white and colour

  Hi! I’d like know how to do change a video part black and white and colour?
  Like wedding video,the bride dress keep color and around black and white.

  Look for the Effect, Leave Color.

  Also if something else has the same color but you don’t want it included, draw a simple garbage mask.
