[Q] Final Cut Pro viewer has green tint
Hi,
I just did some upgrades and am stuck on this rather annoying green tint on the viewer window, while the sequence plays perfectly well in Canvas window. I can make the green tint go away if I get rid of the widescreen matte(2.35:1) on the filter tab. It also looks fine if I use a Quicktime conversion, but for outputting to DVD through Apple compressor yhe MPEG-2 m2v file that is 10-bit uncompressed using Blackmagic codec comes out with green tint. Anythign that is not using BM codec looks fine as well.
I did this without any issues on Apple Powermac G4 with FCP 5.03. It worked on FCP 6.03 as well but some upgrades, including a quicktime and compressor update have left me helpless. I just upgraded to FCP 6.05 on Intel mac. Blackmagic codecs are installed, but the green tint does not go away. I have dropped all render files and re-rendered. What am I doing wrong?
Any help will be appreciated.
