  Scripts in Final Cut Pro?

  Hello!

  I would like to control an effect in Final Cut Pro in a very strange way, but it would be very inconvenient to automate it manually.
  Is there any way I can use a scripting language in one of FCP applications to solve this problem?

  Not directly in FCP, but there are other ways to control third party effects.
  What exactly are you trying to do?

  You might be able to pull something together using GUI Scripting

  Or if its a built-in Fx Script based plug that you’re trying to better control then you could consider opening it up and modifying the code directly

  I am trying to control a default 3-way Color Corrector parameter.

  I’ll try to use FXScript to achieve the desired result.
