Replacing audio for video already in timeline
HI,
I’m a sound designer [hence why I don’t know how to do this:)] and I’m putting together a short demo reel to shop.
So, in Final Cut, I’ve taken all my edits for this short film I did and put them into the timeline. THEN I realized that the video I edited had the original location sound from production, and not the audio from all the post I did, which is a separate stereo AIFF file, not a Movie.
Is it possible to replace only the audio in those edits if video is already in the timeline? Maintaining all timecode locations and stuff of course. Like a reconnect media or something only for audio? Help! Thanks in advance guys 🙂
