  transitions make footage “jump”

  Hi there! It seems that there are more problems like mine out there and I´ve tried many of the solutions offered, but maybe there´s another idea out there. Every time I add a transition, whether it be a cross dissolve or wipe, or a fade-in/fade-out using the pen tool, a tiny jump is seen at the end of the transition. A little jump, or skip, or jitter. Anyway, I am using HD footage, PAL, on a MacBook Pro. Everything is fully rendered. Any ideas? thanks…..

  I had this going on too. I think by going to sequence>Redner All and make sure full is checked. I think that was the fix.

  I actually tried that and it wasn´t the problem. I did go to Sequence Settings and changed from Custom Frame Size 960 x 540 in HD to HD 960 x 720 and it seems to be working so far….thanks
