I’ve been having problems with graininess making my picture look bad when I try to key frame pictures in FCP. The pictures I’ve been using are the High Def 8MB pictures. They look fine when they’re still but as soon as I play the key-framed clip the picture looks terrible.

Is there a filter to get rid of that or do I have to do something in photoshop, or… is there nothing I can do?

Look in your timeline. Is there a thin green or orange bar at the top of the time ruler? If so, you need to render and read up on Unlimited RT and Rendering in the manual.
