  preview disabled and can’t capture

  Hi – The machine was capturing earlier – when someone else was using it – now the preview window does not display the video – although i can still log because it plays time code and i could watch the footage in the camera. But when I tried to capture – it said “error – no video” so it’s obviously not reading the video files – tried trashing preferences – have it in easy setup – dv pal – tried the tape that WAS captured successfully – no luck either.

  really not sure what’s going on here never had this problem.
