• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  VTR DECK question for you guys.

  I use HDV sony hvr-A1U. For recording; but I need to finally buy a VTR deck. What is the most compatible deck for HDV media logging I can use with Final Cut Pro. I figure I ask the experts first.

  Are you going to be using firewire for digitization or are you going to use SDI input? That would play a role in which VTR to use.

  Mostly digitizing footage.
