  Problems Encoding from FCP in Compressor to M2v for DVDspro

  Hi,
  I’ve been using FCP (6.0.4) for long time and I make DVD every day but yesterday I export a Dv sequence to Compressor to make a dvd as usual, in fact was 2 sequences, 1 of them the entire clip and the other one the edited clip when the encoding finished I open the edited m2v in QT and was fine. when I checked the entire clip (13 min) was only black for the entire clip, I thought was something wrong with the settings in compressor I check it deleted and make a new one but the same problem happened. I try like 5 times with the same result. The solution was export the sequence to Qt movie making a new File and then import that file to compressor and worked perfectly.
  I would like to know what is causing that problem and the way to solve it for the future because like I said before I make DVDs every day and I’ve got the feeling is something wrong in FCpro.
