    Hello there,

Could someone please tell me how you could make one part of a clip color and the rest of the clip black and white. I tried stacking the clips but the subject is moving so I would have to do that every frame and it wouldn’t be exact because of the crop settings.

    Please help.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

If the subject contains multiple colors, then it sounds like you’ll need to create a roto matte around the subject in a real compositing application like After Effects, Combustion or Shake. My personal favorite for rotoscoping work is Combustion (especially in conjunction with Mocha or Mokey), but to each his own.
