  re exporting into sorenson squeeze

  Hello!
  I made a 720×480 movie with my XD cam. I export the video into a quicktime file and it compresses just fine. But then, I can’t understand why Sorenson squeeze will give me “unsupported media file” when I go back to make a few minor changes to a video, then re export into quicktime so I can put the revised version in Squeeze. I know that Squeeze isn’t an Apple product but I am desperate, so any help would be much appreciated. I am working in FCP6 with a 2 x 2.8 GHz quad core….
