  29.97 in a 720p24 Sequence

  Hi all,
  I figured there would be lots of posts on this subject, but I couldn’t find something that suited my situation exactly. Anyway, I apologize if you’ve answered this question a million times already. A link to a relevant post would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

  Working on an edit where most of the footage was shot with the HVX200 at 720p24. I also shot some 16mm film on a Bolex, and I am anticipating the workflow for editing the files captured from a Beta at 29.97 in the 720p24 sequence.

  I am okay with the smaller dimensions of the video in the 720p24 sequence. It’s the frame rate conversion, and how to streamline the process that I’m hoping for some clues on.

  Why get the film transferred to Beta? Get it transferred to 720p23.976 QT files.
