I am hoping that someone can explain this one to me:
    – I have brought a powerpoint slide show into fcp6.0.
    – I make a freeze frame out of a particular frame in the ppt.
    – I bring it into the sequence; it looks exactly as it should.
    – I render it and it becomes a completely different slide from the same ppt.
(btw, it didn’t just happen once; it seems to happen every time.)

is there any reason that fcp6.0 should not be frame accurate? is there a reason that this is shifting in this way?

Thanks for giving this your consideration,

    Mitchell

FC is frame accurate when there is TC. PP don’t think support it.
I have no idea FC could import PP docs. i think you can export the PP as a .mov and bring it to FC.
