  Area producer has PP CS3/PC what do I send him for a Blu Ray?

  Hello All,

  I have seen lots of references to Blu Ray with Encore but I have yet to find the actual settings. If I have a fellow producer with Premiere Pro CS3 is there a file I can create in FCP or Compressor to give to him so that he can make me a Blu Ray disc for my client.

  If so, what are the actual settings? I have read that there can be no menus or elaborate buttons…client is ok with that. I would like to just have a nice background of my choice with a single play button.

  Can I do this with FCP and or Compressor and then hand over the file to CS3/PC guy to make Blu Ray? Or will he need more than his Encore and his Blu Ray burner since this is coming from the Mac?

  If this has already been asked and answered somewhere I apologize. But I need more than a yes it can be done answer. If its possible, what is the step by step work flow from FCP thru Encore to Blu Ray?

  Hi John,
  I think that you only need to make the MPG2 files in Compressor and send them to Encore.
  Make a search in the forum. Walter Biscardi have explained few times his Encore workflow.
