  Cannot Capture HV20 Canaon

  I have read most of the forums for this, but still cant get it working. I have the HV20 Canon. I captured it in HDV and set the FCP audio/video settings to the following- Sequence preset: HDV-1080i60, Capture Preset: HDV, and Device control preset: HDV Firewire Basic.

  This is the error i get-

  Unable to initialize Capture Device
  Device is not connected or the capture preset is not setup correctly. You may still log offline clips.

  This might also happen if you play DV footage in an HDV device.

  I’m in a crunch and need help asap
