I’m working with another editor, and he just had a severe crash.

    OsX 10.4.11
    FCP 6.0.4

He had saved his project before the crash, and after rebooting the Mac and using Final Cut Rescue to restore good preferences, he opened the project file. The file opened fine, but did not have his most recent changes. In fact, it looks like his project from last week.

We checked the autosave vault, and FCP had not been creating new versions since last week. (Autosave was set to save every 15 minutes, max of 40 versions per project)

Without a recent version in the autosave vault, and the project file not displaying the content from the last save, I can’t figure out an option to get the current project version.

    Any ideas?

I haven’t tried it, but could you use Diskwarrior to look for and recover the missing file?
