How can I get the Video over lay with FX 1500

April 30, 2007 at 7:34 pmi’m not sure what you meant by ‘over lay’ but if you mean video monitoring through you quadro fx1500 video card, then you would set that option for video monitoring in the video preview pref of ae. if it is available it will show up in the output device pulldown, and you will be able to set options for previewing, although i’m not sure you can monitor through your video card, since you are already preview though it in the preview window.

May 1, 2007 at 3:49 amThanks, yes i mean to have the video to the video monitor, now i only can see the desktop though the video out, not a preview, i can’t see any special setting in the AE preview setting, anyone can help?

May 2, 2007 at 2:48 pmDoes your FX 1500 have an SDI out? If so plug your monitor into that..I know the 4500 has an SDI option, not sure about 1500 though.
