Monitor Advice
Posted by Lloyd O’connor on May 23, 2008 at 3:25 pmHi,
I am looking at buying 2 monitors for my mac. I use FCP.
Mac monitors are a bit too pricey. Besides the Dell 2408WFP, what else do you suggest I should get? I am looking at something between 20″ – 22″Lloyd 🙂

May 23, 2008 at 6:39 pmE207WFP maybe. Dunno…I use the 24″ monitors, so I cannot recommend the 20″ because I haven’t seen them in action.
Just google DELL 20 WIDESCREEN and you see lots of results.

May 24, 2008 at 12:02 amI use and love my LG 24″ monitor. They don’t make the model I have with a MVA panel any more but I have seen them on ebay for about 400. ( https://cgi.ebay.com/LG-L246WP-BN-24-WIDESCREEN-LCD-1920X1200-HDMI-BLACK_W0QQitemZ320248034715QQihZ011QQcategoryZ86705QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247 ). The cheaper Dell 24″ is garbage. The colors are dithered and the vertical viewing angles suck. Stay away from TN panels. Look for PVA, SPVA, SIPS, MVA, SMVA. Good luck.
