Thing is that I have to render lots of short videos raplacing the audio with the same track. I tried to use the batch process but it does not respect the changes in the audio, it keeps the clips original audio.

I think the solution as an action process in photoshop, i take a video, replace the audio and then determine where to store it as in a batch process but I do not know what I am doing wrong.

Another process I tried to solve this was placing all my bins in the timeline, which made all the clips to appear in sequence. there i deleted the audio, I placed the new audio by copy paste after checking the cuts matched, and the tried to export this videos as an export cue process ( like the render cue in after effects)

You would have to duplicate each sequence, make the changes and then add to the batch export. If you do this a lot then you might want to look at Traffic from xmEdit.
