  best work flow for JVC101 E

  suggestion needed for best workflow
  I am starting a feature with JVC 101E, please let me know best workflow , after editing it will be done reverse kinecine for theartical release also.i am planning to record live to MAC using Firewire or component with black magic pro,please let me know which is the best option to get full quality , i don;t mind buying extra hadrdware or software required.or any sugesstion for alternate camera for HD-SDI recording is better..?.
