video stutters, audio not synched w/lower thirds
Hi All,
Editing DVCproHD 720p shot w/HVX200 at 24pn. Issue is that a few interview clips w/lower thirds stutter and lose audio synch when playing back, both from timeline AND after export process to mpeg 2 DVD. Synch loss and stutter occurs only where text is superimposed over the talking head. This happens three times in the 33′ timeline. In item properties I notice that QT media files for all the 720p 24pn clips are all marked as 720p 60p. This seems to be how QT brings them in. All sequences in project have been 720p 24, as I assumed this was what 24pn off of the P2 cards was all about.
Any thoughts on the stutter and audio synch issues? Is this some weird render funk?
