No P2 import option in Studio 2
With no luck elsewhere I turn to you all here with a very straightfoward issue. I have brand spanking new Macs at my lab, brand new installs of FCP Studio 2 on each one, updates all done and no “P2” import option. I have an older MDD mac in the lab with FCP Studio 1 and it has the P2 import option. What gives? Please, any thoughts…

It’s not labeled with “P2” anymore – system’s not fired up at the moment but I think it’s “Log and Transfer” or some such…
Hotkey Command-8 maybe?

It’s still there in Studio 2, except it’s under “Log and Transfer” rather than “Import”. Much better interface as well!

OMG! I cannot wait to get to work tomorrow and see this for myself. You guy’s are the best, I cannot tell you how many hours I spent today on this…
