  output for blu-ray

  I would like to output an HD project to Roxio and burn it on a Panasonic blu-ray burner. Can I do it, and what codec should I use?

  Did you check the help guide in Toast 9? I’m sure that explains it. I don’t know anyone who has Toast 9 yet (did it just come out today?).

  If it’s anything like creating DVDs on Toast 8, then it will encode it for you. You just feed it any Quicktime file.

  Just look at the Toast 9 Manual I suppose. We use Toast only for the actual burning of the BluRay. All BluRay programming and design is done in Adobe Encore.
