exporting xml connected to render files
Hi, I’m in the process of exporting out of FCP to AE using Dale’s FCPtoAE script. Works great! Whole project opens in AE with links to source footage. Only problem is that I’ve spent a lot of time color correcting in FCP (I’m using AE to remove pull down among other things) and I’d like FCP to export an XML with links to the RENDER clips not source clips. That way I’ll get the color correct footage into AE. Does anyone know of a way to do this? Otherwise, if there was a way to apply the cuts and color correction filters to a long QT in FCP short of manually recutting and copying 3-way CC filters, that would work as well. Thanks for any help!
