  • Expoting Video Stills ?

    Hello,

I am exporting video stills, the still are all in one sequence, the sequence settings are :720 x 480 lower even. I am exporting them into a self contained quicktime movie, i costume set the settings to match : 720 x 480, lower even.H.264

The stills in the final movie have horizontal lines across them.

These lines are not apparent before compressing.exporting.

Can someone please guide me, what is the proper way to export stills without these lines. I would like to bring the stills int0 photoshop.

    THANKS!

Set your playhead on a frame you want to export as a still, then choose file/export/using QT conversion.. select still image from the pop up menu, and also select what format the still should be… i.e. PNG or Tiff etc.

Use Jerry’s method and then in Photoshop you deinterlace.

I normally don’t have to deinterlace… trick is to pick a still with little movement in the frame.
