    Hi there,
I’m editing a short piece on an HD timeline in FCP 5. When I attempt to export the piece using Quicktime conversion for upload to the web, the audio sync gets messed up. In the exported .mov, it appears that the sound plays smoothly, but the video keeps jumping around, skipping, and falling out of sync with the sound. I’ve tried exporting in both HD and SD dimensions.
I’m using H.264 and Little Endian, and I’ve checked to make sure the frame rate is set correctly. Any thoughts on why this could be happening. Am I merely over-taxing my CPU and causing the computer to bog down? I’d much appreciate some help with this,

    Thanks,
    Chris G.

you maybe taxing the cpu..?? pcm audio is alot easier to decode than h.264 and may explain why the audio is file yet the video is having problems. try h.264 with aac audio, that ways its all mpeg. and try 2 different uncompressed codecs like Animation for video and Pcm audio.. a little rnd never hurts..
