    I don’t think any of the decklink codecs support alpha channels. You could render the alpha out separately if you wanted to, then combine then in whatever program you’d use.

    Depending upon your needs you could use the Animation or None CoDec’s. Both support embedded alpha.

    but it needs to render on the timeline cuz it is not native codec of decklink which plays in realtime…??

    i need any solution for real time on timeline..

    Sorry, FCP does not support real time alpha channels.

    Please voice your concern at the Apple Feedback page and hopefully they will enable a real time alpha channel codec.

    but does it have operator as merge matte with video?

    is it their?if yes,..is it realtime?

    Yes, you can use the ole matte and fill option as you can with any codec and then composite them. No it is not real time.
