I cut a project in FCP and I need to bring the mastered spot into a Avid Adrenaline (running on a PC). Half my spot is video I shot on a Sony XDCam (Blu-Ray) and the other half is some animations I made out of After Effects. When I export my spot out of FCP as Animation, None, and DV codec and bring it into Avid the video I shot has some camera moves going from one person to the next has “blocky” digital breakup on the moves… but the animation out of AE as “crazy” moves and has no breakup. Any ideas on a solid export setting to bring into Avid from FCP. Or is my problem with the XDCam video… if so any ideas on a better work flow?
