  QuickTime Export Dimensions

  I need to deliver a 980 X 453 QuickTime. The native footage is 1280 X 720. Without letterboxing, does anyone know the best settings to use in the Export Size Settings options window. I choose Custom in the Dimensions drop-down menu, then I’m not sure about the “Preserve aspect ratio using:” setting.

  Is it possible without letterboxing, stretching, or squeezing? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
