Is it possible from the command line to run an export from a final cut fcp file eg EXPORT from filename.cfp outputfire.mov with appropriate parameter flags like mov format size etc?

We regularly have to export several different formats like avi and mov from the same project. It would be easier if we could batch some of this.

    Sorensen doesn’t do avi.

Nope. No command line for FCP at all.

Take a look in your FCP manual at the batch export function, or take a look at Compressor. both can be used for this kind of thing.

    You could also use Cleaner.
