How was the Avid Videoraid formatted? With the Mac Drive utility?

Yes – and it runs whit uncompressed HD whit out dropframes. So it is a ProRes problem so how.

I think you shouldn’t have a whit of problems… (I can run ProRes files from a firewire 800 drive) Dropped frames might be caused by a quicktime problem maybe… might reinstall it.

I’ve been dropping frames in HDV today on a Mac Pro, so I think the issue may be with Apple’s updates from yesterday. That’s all that’s changed on my system since yesterday when it ran just fine. I also started using Time Machine (only for the system drive), so that could just as easily be the culprit.
