  Convert New FCP to Older FCP

  I think I know the answer to this but is there a way to convert a Final Cut project(not digitized yet) from the latest Final Cut version to the previous version?

  I have done it with an XML export in the past. Give an XML workflow a try.

  XML is the answer, I use this to go from 6.01 to 5.14.
