Converting 23.98 to 29.97 audio sync issues
I cut a weekly SD show 10-bit uncompressed. I receive tapes and files from outside producers to cut my show. Lately I have been receiving hard drives with QT files or DVDs with QT files. Sometimes this works, sometimes not so much… like my current dilemma. I was given 3 DVDs with QT files some of which are 1920×1080 23.98fps, some are 960×720 23.98fps DVCProHD and some are 720×486 29.97fps. I’ve downloaded Nattress’ demo of standards conversion and was able to convert the 1920×1080 23.98fps to 29.97. The video looks great and I am happy with it. The problem is that my audio is completely out of sync. I’ve searched this forum and google and can’t find any way to address this issue. I don’t have tapes so I can’t digitize at 29.97 so I am stuck with what I’ve got and will have to rely on software. Has anyone run into this before, and if so what was your solution?

Graeme told me to use the G Film Converter instead of the Add Pulldown plug-in. Problem solved.
