Spotty Lights
If you were asked to make the lights in the below image diffused or blurred, while still retaining scene clarity and clothing detail, what would you say?
My reply to the clients question was either a scene diffuse or traveling masks with blur over the lights.
Does anyone here have any other suggestions?
