  Pixel stretching – Not Pixel Ratio

  Hi Guys

  I would like to achieve a pixel stretch effect, that moves across videorevealing it self like a mask. The effect is similar to that in a photoshop tutorial i learnt. I wanted to know if any one has achieved something along those lines and how?
