    Hello everyone.
I have some footage recorded as HDV 1080i 50. Looks OK, but my project is DVCPROHD 720p 60.
What do you think is the best method to convert the HDV material into DVCPROHD?
    Thanks.

If you have a Blackmagic card, it can capture directly to whatever codec you like in real-time via the HD-SDI input. If you are looking for a software-based option then you are looking at some kind of compression suite or even AE will do it but, it’s not ideal.

You will probably need to just recompress it using whatever tools you have available then. Just make sure you get the translation correct in terms of fields, rates ,etc. AE will do it but it will be slow and I think one of the compression tools will do a better job.
