  Hello,
  Can anyone tell me What is the Field.. even, odd. please briefly….
  We r working here DV PAL, 25fps and 720×576.
  I have G5 with Finalcutpro 5.

  I would suggest you do a Search on this forum and the Final Cut Basics forum for the answer. Search for Field.

  In PAL:
  all DV codecs are Lower (Even) field.
  All others are Upper (Odd) field.
