Z1 to FCP 5 1080i capture
help!
I shot footage with my Z1; set the camera to 1080i60, but I am trying to load in my FCP 5 and it is not receiving the video nor audio info.
I switched it to Standard def and it loads fine.
Did I record the tape wrong? All the settings I had were for HD/ 1080i 60. Any help would be appreciated!!!

What’s the exact version of FCP 5 that you are running? 5.0? 5.1? 5.1.4?

thanks for everybodys help. i had to turn off the downlink converter and also hook up my camera first before turning on fcp. thanks again!
