I’m thinking of changing my edit suite to either Adobe CS3 or FCS2 and like the look of FCS2 but no nothing about Macs.

I want to make sure I maintain compatibility with the post production guys I use and they are PC based. Is it easy to create AVI files as many of my customers want stuff in AVI / Windows formats? Any advice / suggestions will be greatfully recieved.

    Thanks,

    Stu

Think you answered your own question. they are windows based using avi files. Don’t think a Mac and quickime files would do anything but fustrate you trying to work from two different platforms. Don’t buy a system just because you like the look of it

    Best regards
