alpha plugins help
has anyone delt with this effect. Do you know if there is any way to round the leaves instead of having them be needles?

since the plugin is called firtree, i’m betting your stuck with needles… write to them and express interest in a plugin called deciduoustree and they may create one… or maybe just ‘tree’ and you can pick the foliage.

Well, depending on what you are looking for, you could achieve it all with expression based setups or by using a particle system. If you could provide a reference picture of what look you are actually after, we might help you out on that.
