  720p 30fps workflow

  We are digitizing tapes shot on a Varicam 720p 30fps through a Kona 2. Our client needs to maintain 30 fps progessive. What is the best setting to make sure we are not messing with frame rate when we ingest? When they are cutting, are there specific setups for their timeline (29.97 fps no field dominance for instance) Also, since this is at 30fps, when we do print to tape, do we need to set the deck for 30fps or do we just record 720p 60 and the deck will take care of it?
