    everything al linstalled ok. I also put in all thse loops and new templates and such for DVD Studio, sure filled up my hd on the MBP. My question is can I go to the libary and delete all these files without affecting the operation of the program itself. I need more hd space

    Yes you can delete the files. Your best option is to get an external FW drive and store the files there.

    My MBP is set up that way.

    Thank you Steve for the info, any other files I could put there to free up space ? also there are quite a few programs I never use on my MBP. being an old windows user I do not see any unstall programs on the Mac to remove programs

    There isn’t one. For some reason Apple rarely (if ever) puts an uninstall in any of their apps, nor do many of the software developers.
