    Hello,

I can’t uninstall Final Cut Pro 5.0.1 off my computer. Where can I get information about the whole FCP uninstalling process, which I know is long (lots of small files all over the computer!)?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi
Apparantly there is an Uninstall option when you insert the FCS installer disk.

Shane’s Stock Answer #39 – How to uninstall FCP 5

Here’s the Apple Doc on how to uninstall FCP:

    https://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=302337

If you want to reinstall it:

    6) Insert the FCP 5.0 upgrade disk and re-install.

    7) Run the OSX Disk Utility
    a. Select the OSX drive
    b. Repair the Disk Permissions.
    c. Reboot.
8)Run Software update to get back to the current version.
